1. 2010 Keiki Surf for the Earth

The Kohanaiki Surf for the Earth is a contest and and beach clean-up for keiki 16 and under in honor of Earth Day… to help malama (take care) Kohanaiki on the Big Island. We’ve been fortunate to have been able to come to this event on an off over the years, and are stoked as our daughter Kia’i is now taking part as well. Mahalo to Angel & Nita Pilago  and their family, Gary and Karen Eoff,  and all the families who have put in so much energy into Kohanaiki and into this great event. The surf photos are by Kona photographer Pete Orelup,  and the rest of the photos are by us.
